The definition of competency is when training and knowledge are combined with good understanding and skill to perform a task both efficiently and safely.
It is our Reform Team’s prime objective to demonstrate through assessing each Team Members’ competence as their job function describes.
Competency Assurance helps us to identify personal development and training needs to further enhance the strength of the individual as well as our entire Reform Team. It is one of our core beliefs that through the competence of our people we continuously add value to our company and our customers.

The scope and applicability are outlined within all of our Standard Work Procedures, as well as who is responsible for ensuring that a Job Safety Analysis or Risk and Hazard Assessment have been performed and implemented to control the hazards at the worksite.
These standards apply to all Reform Energy Services Corp.’s employees, contracted employees, contractors and other visiting personnel doing work on Reform Energy premises and work sites.
Reform Energy Services Corp. supplies its employees with Work Procedures providing guidance to all identified critical tasks within our operations. They range from mobilization/rig in, equipment operation during the job, to vehicle and road safety as well as communication standards.

Reform Energy Services Corp. exceeds industry standards with our combination of frequent inspections and HSE opportunity program. Potential gaps are identified and analyzed quickly by our competent personnel. Without the burden of a large bureaucracy, our team efficiently puts together a mission plan to improve and invent new procedures, or applies changes to equipment as needed.
